About Us
Kile Construction Company, originally established in 2007 as JKile LLC., has grown into an established residential and commercial general contractor. In 2007 my wife and I decided it was time to start our own business. For nearly twenty years my job was to be the middle man between builders and their customers. Having achieved a broad and extensive knowledge base in the building industry, beginning a business of our own was the logical next step. We set out to build a reputation as an honest and straight-forward General Contractor. We treat our customers, as well as our contractors, with honesty and respect. This policy has helped us build solid, trustworthy relationships with both our residential and commercial customers.

My background in the construction business began in the late 1980’s.  I started out as a Laborer for a large family-owned construction company.  Over the course of 7 years I worked my way up to Project Manager.  At this point I was overseeing multiple new home subdivisions and multi-family condominiums.  I left the security of the larger company for a smaller one whose main focus was custom home design and construction.  During my ten years with that company, we grew to be an established and respected custom home builder.  My responsibilities ranged from the daily scheduling of all employees and trades, to managing multiple new home construction sites within the Northern Ohio region.  I ran the day-to-day operations of upwards of 20+ homes/year, most of which were upscale custom homes.  During this time we completed a small percentage of commercial renovation and repair work as well.  Although the accomplishment of completing these projects was present, the sense of fulfillment and recognition was not there.

In 2007, JKile, LLC(now Kile Construction) was established as a General Contractor for both residential and commercial projects.  Since the birth of the company, we have completed many projects in both aspects of building.  Our close connection to our residential customers is made evident in our honesty and attention to detail.  We enjoy the custom home construction, as well as the additions and remodeling. Our Commercial storefront/restaurant, renovations and build-outs have helped us build solid relationships with both the property owners, as well as the tenants. Kile Construction Company can provide full-service Construction Management for a wide variety of residential and commercial construction projects.  Whether the project is large or small, we are committed to providing on-time and on-budget projects consistently.  We provide full- service design and build for new homes, additions, and remodels.  We work directly with customers starting with design, cost estimating, cost analysis, product selection, and the construction process itself.
